Who Is Market Street Partners?: Market Street Partners is a Chattanooga-based accounting firm founded in 2016 by Kyle Bryant and Kevin Rose. MSP was acquired by Smith + Howard in August of 2023 and now serves the Chattanooga market under the Smith + Howard name.
Goal: From the jump, MSP's co-founders wanted to do things differently. They wanted their firm to be approachable, friendly, and forward-thinking in an antiquated industry. After all, a generational shift in business leadership was happening right in front of our eyes, and we were excited about the opportunity to pave our own path forward together.
We set out to ensure that business leaders in our peer group could see themselves reflected in the ethos at MSP, and we aimed to ensure that both seasoned professionals and recent graduates understood that MSP was committed to a fresh approach. MSP created the culture — we picked up the megaphone.
